Naan. Its a delicious Indian bread that I just can’t get enough of.

This stuff is amazing and best when its hot and straight out of the oven. It’s not as good after a couple of days (not that we have kept any around long enough to actually really find this out), but the dough does keep well for a day or two in the refrigerator. We pour all the ingredients into the bread machine and then pull it out to rise, separate and bake!
Mmmm. So good. Try it plain, or add some cheddar and garlic and your favorite dried herbs! We have eaten it a couple of times alongside this amazingly simple Slow-Cooker Curried Chicken with Ginger and Yogurt.
